We are big egg-eaters...sounds like we are reptiles or something! when we raised our own hens and ran them totally free-range, we were at our healthiest, so now we look for eggs with the MOST golden yolks. I feel fuller, longer and the nutrients you get as a result are such a great way to start out the day!
